Application software developer - Laboratoire COGNAC G, Paris Descartes university

The aim of my internship was to develop a Real Time Experiment Interface module RTXI and test it on a virtual neuron by Create a graphical interface to configure the stimulation with C++ and Qt librery, and program the quadratic sinusoidal analysis method of the neuronal function using Octave and the FTT algorithm.

eHealth Application Engineer - university hospital center of ORAN

The main tasks of this intership were to create an application dedicated to tele-dermatology with Visual Basic 6, set up a database for storing patients data, and create an image processing interface for dermatosis using Matlab and implement it in the main application, by searching through the literature on tele-dermatology and skin cancer.

APPLICATION DEVELOPER - UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL CENTER OF BELABESS

Practical training at the Medical Imaging Centre of the hospital and the biomedical university research laboratory , the project consisted in the creation of an interface using MATLAB to analyze CT scan images to detect an organ deformations by applying different algorithms, as well as implementing divers signal processing to study normal and abnormal ECG waveforms.

R&D Engineer - Institut Curie, bioinformatics platform

In this mission i contributed to the overhaul process of a proteomic data analysis software: analyze, conception and customer-made development, from functional and technical specifications, development of functionalities, using MVT architecture of Python/Django framework, API REST, and migrating the existing MySQL database to a PostgreSQL server.

Devops engineer - InnovQube

Deployed and configured a clustered Wazuh architecture for centralized security monitoring and log management. Set up and integrated OpenLDAP with PHP LDAP Admin to manage user authentication within Wazuh. Implemented Mattermost integration for real-time security alerts and connected Docker and PfSense logs to Wazuh for unified visibility and incident detection.

DevOps & System Administrator - O'clock

Designed and deployed containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Implemented CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and automated infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible. Managed multiple environments, and worked on monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus. Contributed to practical projects combining Python development, cloud automation, and DevOps best practices.
